Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (packed)
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
